This workshop combines an understanding of auditing techniques and methods with an interpretation of the ISO 9001 Quality System Standard. A combination of seminar, role playing and live audit exercises gives participants a full understanding of the internal quality audit process.

Participants will learn

Auditing tools and techniques
ISO Standards and auditing requirements
The roles of audit team members
The steps involved in audit planning, preparation and meetings
How to conduct audit interviews
Effective audit reporting and corrective action

On the final day of the class, students will conduct an audit of the Quality Management System. This audit is planned and conducted by the students, and can be tailored to focus on any area.
